Painting Process

The entire vehicle undergoes robotic powder coating, followed by 18 processes including shot blasting, degreasing, high-temperature baking, and rapid cooling and curing. This results in significant improvements in salt spray performance, weather resistance, and gloss compared to standard paint coatings. The surface coating technology has reached international mainstream standards.
